ScrewballMy playstyle on pocket last season was the direct result of having a medic that never called/wouldn't heal scout even when specifically told by me to do so, and a demoman who could barely put out 1/2 my damage.
The playstyle of your team mates, is going to be a direct reflection on the playstyle you demand from them. Taking 100% of ubers (demanding you take them), forcing your demo to take back seat in all chokes/pushes, and biggest heal hog I've come across.
If you are going to complain about an open team, perhaps you shouldn't try out for open teams.

Wow. 2 days before LAN they tell us there's no prize pool. Thanks for your reg fees TF2. Sorry about your flights, food and hotels. Have fun at our LAN though.
EDIT: That thread was posted on the 25th. So more than 2 days before.... still... 4 days before, and only because a TF2 player asked. That's professionalism at its finest.
