Then how come it's happening with the target id's?

afaik this is controlled by something in the game engine and not a .res file. My reasoning is that I had the opposite of this issue: I wanted to stop the targetids from resizing (people with super long names suck anyway) and I looked into it and it seemed beyond the capabilities of editing the hud. I'd love to be proved wrong.

I understand i wish we could prove you wrong :P Cause it's really annoying to be honest!

This is FluxHUD btw.

You need to have the proper fonts installed in your clientscheme for this to work out!

PS Still need help with the problem i mentioned :/

Hello quick question, In the death cam screenshot which shows the health and the name of the player that killed you, i would like to know how to make the background and the team bar under to be auto re-sized according to how small or big the name is.

First question: It's called datalabel in spectator.res, you might need to increase the tall value in hudlayout for CSpectatorTargetID

Second Question, I think the loading screen stuff is found in chapterbackgrounds.txt, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Yeah in the begin i totally forgot to increase the tall value in the hudlayout!! I remembered it later! Thanks for the reply though :)

Update released! Changelog:

    Changed the inventory panel, backpack panel and loadout panel.
    Added hp cross to the main hud but kept the numerical hp variant lest users wish to use that one.
    Changed the class selection screen.
    Changed target IDs as well as spectator panel.
    Edited the spy's disguise (3D model) so that it now shows what class you're disguised as and which weapon is currently equipped.
    Changed tournament mode.
    Changed scoreboards (credits to bastian)
    Changed hudplayerhealth for marked icons
    Changed the fog crosshairs a bit

How to add control points to your own hud

- Move the "sprites" folder into your materials folder.

How to get the custom chat

- You need 2 files "chatscheme" (resource folder) and "BaseChat" (ui folder), just move those to your own hud.
