Sensitivity Frustration

You could try using mouse accel with a low base sensitivity and a really high sensitivity cap so you can have precise aim with Scout and Sniper and still do fast flicks for rocket jumping and fat airshots. It takes a little getting used to though.
Use the Povohat accel driver because Tf2 has retard accel if you can't keep a constant framerate.
