I gotta say, the 3rd person cams are amazing for larger teamfights. I feel like I'm much better able to understand what the fuck happens during midfights especially since they tend to involve both teams saccing players at once.

Like, on process, there was a moment where Ascent was holding 2nd against a 7 push and the camera went into 3rd person. Marmaloo bombed in towards choke and then strafed away towards sewers, and from the 3rd person cam I could see that he drew the attention of most of the 7 players towards him and pulled them away from Raymon, sitting in choke. That opened it up for Sigh to bomb in and take him down on mid. Really cool being able to watch tactics unfold like that, great job by the production team so far honestly.

normally it takes around 40.000 twitch nerds and league of legends for a twitch chat to get this autistic but it only takes a couple of tf2 nerds to do the same apparently

This is the first time I've seen fragger/fragged POV switching. Closest thing is maybe when two players both airshot a target and the cam switches between their POVs. The mechanic confused me a little at first but I came to understand that switching between black bars and not black bars = POV switch to fragged player.

P-rec is obsolete, Valve installed its own demo recording system that works basically the same and I think broke P-rec.

There's commands you can use in console with the prefix "ds_" and some options about killstreaks, type of game recorded, etc. in advanced options.
