Oh ok, I understand. I'm fairly proficient at making/editing HUD's so I'll fix what I can myself. But is there a way I can rollback to the old scoreboard? Which version might that be?

Also, my Scoreboard looks like this:

Shouldn't there be some breaks in between the score team score labels in the white background? And shouldn't the stats panel be in 3 separate boxes directly below the main scoreboard, not across the bottom?

v1.5 released! This update addresses the major aesthetic problem of the weird electronic theme. That is fixed! KotH timers and other game mode timer backgrounds have been altered to look a bit better. The Cerbetica font is much more abundant now as well, but don't worry, rays (the creator of rayshud) has been notified that some of my stuff will look pretty similar to his now. He is fine with that.

Thanks to everyone who's written so far!
I have taken into account everyone's suggestions thus far, and many sound viable and make sense to implement. My decisions so far would be to just downsize the health cross for sure, but add the option to remove it. I would also keep the transparent boxes but add the option to remove it. I need to pizazz the killfeed a bit. And of course, optimize it for 16:9. More to come

OK, so what I'm getting from the feedback is that people want the health cross removed and everything made a bit smaller and down more towards the bottom. Does that sound about right? I'm loathe to remove the health cross because that's one of the major aesthetic differences between my HUD and Doodle's, but I may just make it smaller.
Any more thoughts on that?
