I almost forgot.
Remove the Scout buff that gave Medics the ability to move at Scout speed. Scout and Medic didn't need this buff. It dumbed down both classes.
Make needles viable.

Do high shaders significantly affect your FPS if you have a good GPU?
What are the cvars to enable it?
edit:
Did 2 benchmark runs and high shaders seem to have very little effect on FPS. Still need the commands to change them in the config.
low shaders:
2639 frames 15.530 seconds 169.93 fps
high shaders:
2639 frames 15.618 seconds 168.97 fps
