for other laptop gamers/potato computer users like myself dx81 will still help quite a bit if your gpu is the one holding you back
The GPU wasn't a limiting factor when i had a HD 4870 (around GT 730 tier for you younglings) and a 4690k@ 4.8ghz. I doubt it would be the limiting factor to anyone with a modern GPU (the only ones affected by this are HD7XXX and newer). Laptop gamers such as yourself are most likely using Nvidia or Intel graphics so this bug wouldnt affect you anyways. OP clearly has a dedicated GPU.
