Im pretty skeptical about lowering my refresh rate in any way after reading this stuff, but I think most people would be anyway as usually people div2+ arent gonna bother for the looks and would rather the best performance even if tf2 looks like a game from 1998

have him watch demos of higher level players, and have him do map reviews aswell so he understands his role on each map and what he should be doing. Flank scout is GENERALLY pretty simple given you're playing pretty normally so it shouldnt take too long for him to understand his role on the team
yeah also just turn him into an MGE creature and the game will play itself

1. weird crosshair placement: he stares at the ground a lot, and a lot of time kind of looks like he's staring at the ground as to not look at other players through walls. The most notable place was where, when holding sunshine mid, he was looking at the bottom of the shack infront of choke, as opposed to, u know, not there.
i played a pug yesterday with him on scout and yeah he just kept staring at the floor which is what the little noobs do because they do not know where to place their crosshair so idk why this guy is magically insane at tf2 but cant put his crosshair in the correct spot to see things

stephrgl is not only externally inconsistent, they're internally so as well. when i was a part of the organization, it was one of the least organized staff teams i've ever worked with, with decisions often being made completely at the whim of whichever person decided to handle it, which frequently was someone who wasn't even technically in charge of that division or format, and sigafoo & exa would frequently override those decisions with very little reason given.
now granted, that was a while ago, but it genuinely does not seem like much has changed lol
they have 100+ ppl in their staff discord as if they don't need more than like 10 ppl rofl
