#31 Banned from TF2C for "voting MN on a Harvest pub" in TF2 General Discussion
sacSaypessacwhy did u try to kick masternoob on the harvest pub, though??That's the thing, I don't remember at all - I had no idea what MN even stood for or who he was until I Googled it and found many others had been banned for similar reasonsyea, I dont want to sound too accusatory, but it doesn't really seem to make a lot of sense MN would randomly ban people who never interacted with him or been on his site, wouldn't it be more likely a group of people tried to play a light-hearted prank on him and then got banned in return?

Oh yeah man for sure, I just don't remember the event at all. Not sure if I said but I checked logs.tf and the last time I played TF2C was 2016 but I found out I was banned yesterday.

Alright thanks all, I'll try an unban and if not I'll pick up one of the suggested sites.

I played TF2C yeaaaars ago with friends and I remember it being a positive experience where both teams gave me tips after I admitted being new to the comp layout. It was really enjoyable but it just took a long time to get into an EU 6s game so I kind of forgot about it.

Now another group of friends are kinda bored of the randomness of casual and wanted to try a cleaner 6v6 with the more enjoyable classes and weapon limits without random crits/bullet spread but I get this message when I try to log in. The "ban forums" https://tf2center.com/attitude just 404s.

After a bit of research it seems this is very common; the owner of the site will ban/tempban people who kick him from pubs although I can't remember the event or why he was even kicked (toxicity etc). Has anyone else had a similar issue and have they been unbanned? Would the best alternative be FACEIT?

I'm assuming this would have been over a year ago because I don't remember it at all and took a 3+ month break from TF2/videogames about 6 to 7 months ago.
