Yeah OK. Definitely needs a redo. But I'm out of my depth as far as trying to set up a form that can accurately capture responses and tie them to unique IDs. Can someone help me out with this?

Over 1600 responses already. Yikes, gonna be fun trying to count all that. Especially because I didn't realize I'd have to do text-to-column conversion with comma delimiters, then combine columns and sort/filter. It's not a lot of work if I do it right, but still like 5 minutes more than I was expecting? Really it's just a lot of responses, which is fantastic.

Fantastic point. Of course, google forms don't work on my office laptop because internet explorer 7.
I'm fine reading through this thread though. And if I don't get enough nominations I'll just pick from my experience, which of course will be limited and non-inclusive, especially of newer/rising stars.
