i now have tf/custom/ryushi777/hud
(i have no idea what i am doing)

i have installed about three different huds
and each time afte rmaking sure everything is in the right places, i can start tf2 but it doesnt reach the main menu. it just crashes. no error message or nothing.
i'm sticking with pvhud cause thats the easiest.
i have all the files for pvhud in my common/teamfortress2/tf/hud folder. any ideas why this isnt working?
if i delete all the huds files and validate i can launch but its all vanilla and gross.
i cant play like this please help.

Vanilla does everything, tf.tv really only focuses on north Americans, even though there is quite a lot of whole world posters

i watched the first part but as you introduced the lower invite guests i fell asleep.
i only stayed up so i could be a part of the hat giveaway, and ended up missing the important bits.
if you removed the hat giveaway i would be perfectly happy to watch the recording the day after, also its unprofessional.
if you had djc for the beginning part of the show to talk about invite rumours and league stuff and then got rid of him and brought in the guests of the week, that might work better.

yeah, now we are a pretty much watered down version of America with more rain and everything is smaller. you could always take back some SWAG however.
