you weren't benched for the first 6 losses.
Win or loss it's shitty to bench a main roster. If you don't want to play with someone, cut them. Young man didn't deserve a season wondering if he'd even be allowed to play.
His team nearly got dbk in for him in our match, and didn't even want him to know they were planning to bench him. The only reason he got played is cuz we rejected the ringer. I'm not a good TL and I didn't lead my team to the success we wanted, but at least it's better than permanently putting someone on edge about their place on a team, only to bench them for the deciding match of the season.
The justification of "you were playing for the last 6 matches that you lost" is not at all relevant here. Win as a team or lose as a team. Don't string someone along the entire time so you can rat for bottom seed playoffs.
I normally don't post on here but as his teammate I will to explain the warped picture young man is trying to paint here. young man for the past month has been leaving mid game multiple times to do tasks like make tea or gatorade or food or go afk for other unknown reasons. He gets scrims and then sleeps past our scrim time and doesn't inform anyone of the other team's contact so we have to hunt down the other teams leader. He will consistently not try in scrims saying he's "saving his energy for the match" and feed the entire game. He will not listen to comms and it's cost us games. It's not even a skill issue and instead a player issue. He doesn't respect his teammates enough to play, listen or even show up to half our scrims and that's why he was benched for the last game.
Ok let me clear the air. I grab tea for my throat because of my vocal cords have been severely deteriorating, although I should be getting them before scrims time. I don't try in scrims bullshit I don't go super mega sweaty tryhard more you are right about that. If I don't listen to comms how the fuck do I sync my bombs with liaaammm hello? I respected everyone on my team intill you pulled your little fucking stunt. I should be prepping more for games and setting alarms for when scirms start that is my bad. I should be staying throughout the whole scrim. The real reason I was benched was that you thought I dint want to be here this is what .erik said him self he was in vc. THE SAME PLAYER YOU WANTED TO RING SO MEDEEV COULD SOLDIER. To the feeding on random nights mcats is right I would simply not have enough energy, but I wouldn't pussy out and say get a ringer most of the time. Although most of this is scrims, I made sure none of this shit happened in matches when it was game time I was straight business balling out almost every fucking match. I believe it's ironic how you say my feeding cost us games if you straight play so aggressive on last holds and it costs us so many fucking rounds. When we faced sweaty you were agro in the lobby and dint say shit and then died and then we lost that fucking round. Not to mention most of the time I would go afk because of my parents that are a variable I can't fucking control.
You would argue with fucking jw day in and day out it happened so much that I thought the team was going to die. I would ask yall to stop arguing this shit was happening mid fucking match and scrims.
JwI firmly agree with Young Sanity in this situation
editing because of mcats' post: It was not your place to decide who got to play and who didn't get to play. Of course I don't agree with Young Sanity being late, etc., but we established very early (see the team name) that Young Sanity was not going to be cut or "benched."
No, no Mcats is sort of right I should be prepping more for scrims and not be getting stuff mid-scrim.
