I had a similar problem when I got mine. Create a custom resolution with all the settings you want in your video driver's control panel and it should work.

It's an issue with the Nvidia drivers. Use DX9, or use old video drivers.
-sillygibs in the launch options.
Edit: my bad. I thought you were asking how to get the sillygibs, not remove them.
mat_antialias will do that. Just comment it out of your autoexec.
mat_dxlevel will do the same, and probably -dxlevel in the launch options.
Once you apply those settings, they should stay until you change them so removing them shouldn't have any effect.
Women who will have sex with me for money.
Crosshair switching isn't a perfect science. Crosshairs/viewmodels won't change based on the weapon that you have selected. It only changes based on what buttons you press.
There are a lot of ways that crosshair switchers can easily get confused and it's just one of the things that you have to deal with when using them.
hurricanethrasherBF3 was pretty fun. I put a couple hundred hours in on that when it came out. If you like Bad Company 2, you will like 3did they at least fix some of the bs registry things?
Yes and no.
Your shots will land fairly accurately, but expect to get shot from behind walls.
Although I would wait for Battlefield 4.
Poor dog looks like it's freezing it's nuts off.
Literally.
Dat ground clearance.
I just want to see a recent players list that actually works.
The hard drive should be fine. RAM, not so much. Never mess around with that. The possibility of frying your motherboard is pretty high.
You could always take the parts to a computer place and see if they can determine the makes and models of the parts.
Literally can also be used as a exaggeration.
You could attempt to just type "startmovie x" into the console and "endmovie" to end it.
Don't use an FPS cap. The game will be smoother without one.
