Unfortunately this doesn't work in Firefox yet, or it if does, my HTML5 extension is outdated, guess I'll have to switch to Chromium for YT. About time they did this. And yea, the 60 fps at half speed looks like this.

If it was done H2H, then Ghana would already be out of the tournament as they lost to the US, tied Germany, and could only get a max of 4 points. They would only be able to move on if they beat Germany's GD at that point, which is +4 to their -1. With GD, everyone has to fight (unless, of course, USA and Germany decide to just chill it out with a tie), but if one of them won, that would leave one team on the other match completely fucked. Example, lets say Germany wins. Ghana now cannot advance no matter how much they beat Portugal by because they can't match Germany's points and USA has the H2H. That is why GD is used after points.

hanbrolowp portugal. anyone know why goal differential matters more than head-to-head? seems ridiculous to me, although maybe just because if it were the other way around we'd be basically ensured a knockout round spot..

If it wasn't by GD, players would just stop caring midway through the match. GD stops that. Look at France vs the Switz. The game could have easily been 5-0+ and would have been if GD didn't mean shit. Ended 5-2 because they played the full 90+ min.

Doesn't this mean long range stickys could potentially do more damage? I sticky in the air for two second would do more damage than immediately detting a sticky near someone?

In theory yes. In fact, mids will be where Demos are the strongest now because they will take less damage on rollout and the stickies will be at full strength/almost full strength.

Edit: Or not. Rip demos.

- The Axtinguisher now does mini-crit damage from the front and full crit damage from behind to burning targets
- All mini-guns now have damage and accuracy ramp up after they start firing. Full accuracy and damage is reached 1 second after firing.
- All Demoman stickybombs now have damage ramp up. Full damage is reached 2 seconds after firing.
- Sentry bullets are now affected by damage falloff outside of sentry scan range
- Sentry bullet damage has been changed so it calculates damage based on the sentry's position, not the Engineer's

It fucking happened.

Some of the classes were wearing new items. Every time they've done that, those items were released.

Anyways, as for stuff they showed, there was the silenced pistol (probably Spy weapon), melee for scout, and the Der(r?)inger Ms. Pauling held at the end for weapons (Spy or Scout maybe, or multi-class), and for cosmetics there were the demo cosmetics, Engineer belt, Scout shirt and Pipe, and some other shit I probably missed.

Edit: Nevermind about the map part, it's Hydro.

Just fyi, it is NOT EotL. McVee has stated that EotL has nothing to do with bread. We will still get a 15 min SFM. Just hope they don't break more Engineer weapons.

valiantDispensers only cost 70 metal when using the gunslinger.

I'm curious as to how this slipped by their notes or even occurred in the first place. The coincidence that a Mini-sentry takes 30 less ammo and this dispenser takes 30 less ammo wants to let myself believe that a Mini-Dispenser is on the way.
