Hey Guys!

I recently noticed that my cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate and rate regularly change when i switch server.
Updaterate is either 66 or 67
Cmdrate aswell
And the rate switches between 60000, 100000 and 200000.
I was just wondering if that affects anything.

And is it normal that ive got a config.cfg (That i cant delete, it gets recreated every time), an autoexec.cfg and a default_config.
