LionxHow come demos make maps look way bigger than they actually are? I mean it makes airshots way cooler, but it's kind of weird.

My issue is that when I play a demo to watch or record it things such as australiums or paints won't show. I'm online on steam, I restarted steam, restarted my pc, they don't seem to work. I also tried /r/tf2, there was one response but I did not know what they meant by "You should see your own gear with paint and whatnot if it has the corresponding item id of when the demo was recorded." If anyone can explain that, that would be nice.
Help would be appreciated, Thanks :D

Aww really? If that's true that is so saddening... I've only been playing Tf2 since June of 2012 which is barely anything compared to anyone else. Was really looking forward to all the other i-series events, never had the time to watch i49 and I didn't even know i46 existed at the time. So is competitive Tf2 slowly dying? I also heard some teams and players are leaving too.

I need to move it since Lawena recording tool can't move it itself for when it does recording.
