Not really helpful considering the team almost always ends up pretty different than the initial tryouts. Are you the only one currently confirmed on the team?
You have to find the right frequencies/latency settings for your particular ram first. Find the model/company/mhz of your ram and post it here.

It's pretty much the same as Kaby Lake. 8700k can even be worse due to Windows 10 thread scheduling, although something might have been done about that recently. Good luck finding one though, they were out of stock at most if not all major retailers last time I checked.

I forgot to turn on XMP so my RAM is DDR4-2133 (timings are 15-15-15-36)
video card: 1050 ti 4gb with the newest drivers (388.31)
dx81 (custom config, no shadows)
based on the four-year old benchmark demo from the benchmark thread (no other applications open)
2639 frames 10.541 seconds 250.35 fps ( 3.99 ms/f) 19.375 fps variability
what I'm seeing is that you don't even need to overclock an 8600k (cpu or ram) to get great perf in TF2. Let your PC run cool and draw less power. Faster RAM with good timings supposedly does make a difference though. I'll turn on XMP and test at DDR4-3000 (15-15-15-36) some other time
Good to know. I'm probably going to be streaming too so i'll see whether that has a significant effect on the fps. Has there been a thread on faster ram helping tf2 performance? I did get 3200mhz 16gb but curious.

I'm going to be buying a new cpu soon and was wondering if anyone here has the recently released coffeelake cpu's and what fps they're getting in tf2/csgo/overwatch/pubg.

He doesn't have the best gamesense but for someone who's never been on a team it's expected however his dm makes up for it and could easily become a high open player in a season. I'd recommend any mid/high open team to pick the guy up.

The chance of them making playoffs is better than average, they play an unknown team to makeup a match so they could get some low open team and get an easy 9th win. If they win tonight,. it would make 10. I'm not sure what you are basing their bad chances on.

They had to win 2 of the 3 games (including this current one which they just did) and none of the teams they're facing are low open. Note: I rang for frick e-sport on med and they held well against popo's team in scrims so I was expecting them to win.
