Is this an nVidia card? If so check your event viewer, I bet the driver is causing the issue.
I say this because I had the same problem.
Simply updating it didn't fix the problem I had to do a thorough driver removal (including removing device driver from within windows) then clean re-install the driver.
This was about 3 weeks ago, after I done this no such problem (touch wood).

His first season as Roamer (always played Pocket), & tbh he wasn't & still isn't sure if he's good at it no matter how much I tell him. He does enjoy the new role though.
He's a grounded good lad who really does need to be sure of himself. :)
