It's hard to do in the world in TF2 since our regions are for the most part separate from each other. This would be a lot easier to do regionally. Also TF2Metrics does this but it's powered only by statistics using its own model, meaning certain players are over/under-valued.

quick fix would be stupid just for the flat increased healing rate tbh. the amount of heals it pumps out is crazy, and it's charge is comparable to uber when there's no sentry / the enemy team doesnt have excellent focus fire.
