If u dont upload demos u deserve the smack down tbh. It's a simple habit. U get plenty of warnings and light bans anyway. if u cba to download prec or just lack mental capacity to remember to record demos in offis u shouldnt be using a computer lmaoo.

Also I can confidently say sandbagging isnt an issue in ETF2l (except for perhaps open/low, having never played those divs). I spent like 3 seasons in mid and if u cant beat some bad high players, off-classers, no-scrim gamers, washed up gamers or any combination of the 4 then u kinda dont deserve to get out of mid.

Then when it comes to shit like div2 where lego a few seasons ago were allowed into d2 over div1 cause of off classing THEN mainclassed in playoffs thats different, but if u cant beat like i dunno me on scout or some shit in mid u shouldnt bitch about evil sandbaggers.

Div1 obviously theres gonna be teams of people coming up through d2 and teams full of established div1/prem quals/low prem, and there's gonna be a skill disparity, but at this point you should let just about anything slide in terms of roster restrictions, etc.

The only acceptable issue to have with the situation of sandbagging is when expectations dont line-up properly, like an offclassing team all mainclassing for playoffs, or a no-scrim team finding more time to do so cause of changing situations etc. That can be frustrating but even still rules like roster skill point system thingy, roster highjacking and roster lock for playoffs help mitigate a lot of it. Also perhaps admin perception can be off at times (i think them greenlighting thaigrr to play demo in mid in s29 was hella wonky in hindsight, even tho my team never even played with him once before he got a ban for not uploading demos lmaooo).

Anyway basically i raspect admins they do a goob yob and i am not envious at all of how NA lacks these ebic people/systems
