#2 park lft mid open pocket S22 in Recruitment (looking for team)

This man has turned his team from a DM team to a team with a brain. On a serious note, from scrimming Park's team at the beginning of the season versus the end was a mountain of difference. We used to 5-0 his team, then it changed to the point where we would have games where my team got rolled, all because this man right here has studied hard and learned to call, with the help of ShdwPuppet. *I believe* he has the most potential out of all the pocket's in Open. Park's DM level comes in waves, so it's hard to put him up there in terms of that, but when he is on, he doesn't miss. As a person he is super fun to be around, and is dedicated to improving himself, I hope he can find a team where his ability shines, while still being able to learn more about how to improve himself, I believe that would be a team where a team is open about criticism, and easy to bounce ideas off of.

tldr; incredible DM, however it switches on and off, but easily the most potential in a pocket I've seen all season, and has made a whole mountain of improvement in this season alone. Easy pick-up for a mid-open team that's ready for an eager-to-learn player and super fun to be around. I can't wait to see how much more he improves after this season.

-edit: improving grammar and phrasing-

#11 LFT Scout (Low/Mid Open) in Recruitment (looking for team)

Played with her in a scrim the other night, would definitely put her on at least a low-mid open team. She's very interested in getting better and I hope she finds a team she fits well with and can help her improve.
At the moment her only con is that she sounds uncertain of herself, which is incredibly easy to improve with time, especially with her DM, intelligence and positioning. As a side note, being a demo main, it was incredibly nice to have a scout that was used to / knows when to playing around the medic and keeping myself and our combo alive.
Definitely a tryout, if not a certain pick up for any open team looking for a dedicated, non-feedy scout that is genuine and fun to be around.

tldr; huge potential, just needs a solid and kind team to help her come into her own.

#1 LFT Mid-High Open Demo S22 in Recruitment (looking for team)

Thank you all so much for the support and kind words, I created / found a team of friends I want to play on, have a good season everyone :D

With the regular season just finishing up I figured it would be time to stretch my wings and go in search of a new team.

In S21 I lead and scheduled for team Chex Offenders. It was a blast playing on my first Open team and I'm definitely up for the coming season. Over the course of the season I feel like I've improved a lot, starting from a UGC standard of demo to holding my own against mid-open teams, and also notably main calling for my team over the course of the season.

I feel that my pros are that:

- I'm incredibly invested in this game, and find myself constantly looking for ways to perfect my rollouts and improve even in the slightest of ways.
- I have a positive personality and super appreciative of anyone willing to help me and point out ways I can improve, and am always open to criticism
- I'm typically free from 9 est and onward, and I can make time if absolutely necessary.

I'm hoping to hit playoffs this season and gain an even better understanding of 6s, and improve in any way I can. I would like to play on a mid to high open team because I would like to push myself to a better standard than I had before.
Overall I'm just glad to be a part of this community and want to continue playing in ESEA, and thank you for reading!

Experience:
UGC Steel: Project Movement (5-2) [leader and scheduler]
ESEA-O S21 Chex Offenders (8-8) [leader and scheduler]

#19 New Open Teams, how's your season going? in TF2 General Discussion

Chex dude here.

Team: https://play.esea.net/teams/119798

Had a rough start with a few pretty high level teams to start us off, roster issues towards the 4th week, and because of our skill level, sometimes a lack of scrims. Even with our shit Win - Loss ratio our team has the drive to finish out the rest of the season. We hope to finish out the season with as close to even as possible and to grow as teammates as well as individually. A lot of our success was due to the guidance of many friends (listed below), we are very thankful for that. Our entire team has tilted, some matches more than others (yay viaduct). Overall though it's been a learning experience, and it will definitely will help us progress going into the future seasons, as well as gaining new friends as well.

On the personal side, I do regret trying to schedule and manage a team as my first (UGC and) ESEA team. If I had to redo it, I would wait till I knew more about the process and league before trying to organize it myself.
On the other hand however, as stressful (and painful) as it was, I will take organization skills from this as well as a learning experience on what to expect in later seasons. On the subject of actual scrims / matches: I have improved significantly as a demo due to my mentor (and others who have other pieces every so often). I also have learned to main call for my team, and what I need to say in order for my team to understand and execute a push as well as holding (still working on it kinda). Lastly I want to say that I'm super happy that I've been able to play this season and as such I want to thank everyone that's been an influence this season:

Shoutout to my teammates:
Paladin
Radio
Plinko
Dishsoap
Emu
Groden (now sub)

and of course a shutout to my mentor: Inco,
As well as everyone else that has helped out along the way: Jojo, Negasora, Squidamatron, and Zoma.

#1 Ly lf Demo Mentor in Mentoring

Hello I'm Ly

I am playing demo in Open in this upcoming season. I previously played in a UGC Steel team, and am very much ready to make the step into Open to improve my play.

Having someone with High Open+ experience would be awesome, going over demos, general tips, and really anything I may be lacking in my own play. However anyone with solid demo experience would be great.
I'm available pretty much anytime after 9 - 9:30 est on most nights, (unless of course my team has a scrim.) Beyond that I can make time if need be. I have a mumble to use as well.
Thanks for your time reading this and have a great day.

Found one, thank you everyone
