TF2 crashes with no error report

Q/A Help
So yeah my TF2 is just closing itself after about 2-3 minutes of casual and about 5-7 minutes in non valve servers on average. No error no nothing. Don't know what to do.
What I've done.
-reinstall tf2
-verify cache about 20 times
-removed all configs and -autoconfiged
-tryed different dx levels
I need a hero.
