Hey! I'm looking for a team in low open as soldier! I would prefer to play pocket but I can learn to play the style of roamer.

The role of main calling is something I'm decent at
Most of the time I'm not judging and condescending
Okay DM (Working on it currently.)
Have lead a team before so I know basic people skills.
I can handle criticism
No life (Can scrim pretty much anytime except during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.)
Willing to improve
Speaks Clearly (Most of the time)
Cons:
I can get tilted sometimes.
My internet is not the best (May have 100+ ping but that rarely happens anymore.)
I'm 16 so I can't pay on my own. It's not that I don't have the money, I just have no way of paying for it myself. Parents won't do it for me.
I currently (as of 8/3/16) don't play much TF2 because of recently getting OW.
I have only played in UGC Steel.
Not much experience with different style players, not many pugs or lobbies because I don't find them fun.
