I just found out that the PureTrak would actually fit my desk but I might need to put my keyboard over it or just move it to the left a bit more, so the size of it doesn't matter no more.

Thanks to anyone who (finally) posted about the Goliathus, it just seems like I should be grabbing the Puretrak.

I will still wait a bit (since I can't really make the order now, I need to put in the cash in my credit card) and get more feedback from you guys :)!

harbleuPlatinumHarb you're shit, why wouldn't you be cut?plat when are you going to pay for my chiropractor? my back is still sore from carrying you all season.

One of the best comebacks ever since:
Kalkin: "TLR you stole the trophy! give it back"
TLR: "You wouldn't be here if it weren't for me"
5 MINUTES LATER
TLR: "I was carrying, why does he get to take the trophy ;_;"

SolidSpeerlaiyeThe goliathus is awesome. I have the speed and the control edition but imo the control edition feels better (For both high and low sens)

If you got a couple of Goliathus pads, you may know what is the difference with the Omega and Alpha versions, and what does the control has different rather than the speed?

LeatherSocki have a deathadder and puretrak talent and they are amazingdefinitely get the talent

Huh, already the 2nd one here saying Deathadder and PureTrak go well together, thanks for letting me know.

And to think I was almost 100% sure to get the goliathus!

Also I found another small issue here, I searched every hardware / gaming / computer stuff store in my country (Israel), and found that none are selling this pad, however buying one from Amazon won't be a problem, at all :)!

If you have a better place for me to order myself a brand new PureTrak Talent please say so :), remember I live in Israel, it'll be overseas.

Amazon price : 30.47$ - Including Shipping.
New Amazon Price : 41.47$ - LOL I came the next day to the same page, Including Shipping.

Huh, like nobody even mentioned the Goliathus, :o, maybe the americans that just woke up would say something about it, for now, seems like the PureTrak is the best choise from what I read here and other places, the only real problem about it is that it might be too big.

Keep the recommendations and suggestions coming please, I want to ge the most feedback that I can get before making my decision.

RakeYou can't buy skills. You can and should buy talent though.

I'm not trying to buy skills, just want a good mousepad that doesn't bump my hand into the keyboard.

raikuPuretrak talent: 483mm x 356mm(no idea about the thickness)heavy/qck+: 450mm x 400mm x (6mm heavy/ 2mm qck+)

That's fucking big, I was messuring my desk about a month ago, and if I recall correctly, the size that seemed normal to me was the Goliathus Standard 355mm x 254mm :O.

Oh boy, I'll need to check about that size when I get back home..fuck that's big.

lexsThe QcK+ has a nice resistance to it since the surface is a bit rougher than others and its not really that small. favorite mousepad so far

Do you think it will suit well with my high sense?

#1 Mousepad, help me choose one. in Hardware

Budget = ~60$ - Maybe a bit higher :>(by a bit I mean by like 2 cents l0l)

I've been thinking about getting rid of my Razer Kabuto (a really small pad), which served me well, however I've been hitting my keyboard too many times and the pad keeps slipping off the desk :(.

I have a Razer Deathadder 2013, I use 5.40 sense in-game, and I still don't know which pad to buy.

I've been thinking about 3 kinds of Mousepads:

1)Razer Goliathus Speed/Control - Have no idea which one to choose, from what I've heard, if you have high sense and you'll buy the Goliathus speed you'll probably need to lower the sense.
And about the control..well..it seems like it would fit high sense if the speed fits lower sense.
Also it seems logical that Razer pads will go well with Razer mice.
And there is also the part about Omega and Alpha editions which I don't really understand in.

2)PureTrak Talent - I didn't read any bad reviews about it, but I really couldn't find any way to know if high sense fits it well or low sense fits it well, actually, now that I think about it, I remember seeing that Lansky has about 5.50 sense (I think) and is using the PureTrak talent..hum.

3)SteelSeries QcK+/Heavy - The heavy one as I understood is thicker but has a rough surface and it's smaller (which I don't want small), but however it's still another option.

What I want from the Mousepad I'm going to get is that it will be large enough that I want bump into my Keyboard (I got a pretty small desk), it won't slip off the desk, and I could still move my mouse not too fast on the pad since I use a high sense.

Thanks for anyone who helps, sorry for the wall of text lmao.

#9 Good Gaming Headset,Mouse,Keyboard and Mousepad? in Hardware

EDIT : Why am I getting -frags? all I did was try to help the guy, these are my perspectives of things that are good, sorry if I wrote something wrong :/.

Mice you can go and search on the thread about mice on the forum search there is already a thread about mice.
The top 4 Mice ATM are probably
Logitech G400/G400s
Razer Deathadder 2013
Zowie FK
SteelSeries Sensi/Xai - This one has accel, which makes it bad already, but it's really
good, not sure about price though.

There is also a thread about Mousepads on tf.tv, just search on the forum search bar.

Top 3 Mouse Pads that you would want to go after are :

Razer Goliathus Speed/Control - Your prefrence which one.
Puretrak Talent / Stealth - Both are good, talent is prefered.
SteelSeries QcK+ / Heavy - Again, your prefrence.

And again, keyboards have a thread aswell, I don't really understand much in keyboards since the variaty is major, as defy said, a mechanichal would be the choise for gaming, but they aren't the cheapest, I use a Tt MekaG1 and it's great, but I'm sorry that I didn't buy a keyboard without a numpad but you can attach it if you want.

Top Keyboards you want to search are :

Razer Blackwidow - Machanichal pretty solid, expensive.
Tt Meka / Challenger / Others - Mechanical, great preformence with nice side bonuses, avrage in price.
Ducky Keyboards - Mechanichal, designed for gamers, pretty amazing, expensive as fuck.

I'm sure Logitech has some, and so does Microsoft, so the keyboard doesn't matter THAT much, so long as it feels nice for your hand, and you don't hurt yourself while using it or dislike it after a week.

I personally prefer Headsets rather than headphones with a clip on mic, but it's again what you prefer.
If you want awesome sound and awesome clip on mic that will brake faster than a normal Headset mic, then go for it.
If you want aweosome sound with an awesome mic, that will never brake if you have a solid gaming headset, then go for these Headsets :
Now there is a prefrence with Headsets, 2.0 - 5.1 - 7.1, you need to choose which kind of surround system do you prefer.
To me 2.0 is great and suites me the best, also I don't have a 7.1 sound card lmao.
If you don't have a sound card that fits these other than 2.0, then don't buy one.

Razer Megalodon is the one I use, has both 7.1 and 2.0, so fits whatever you want, is great overall.
I had also Tt Shock ONE, was great, broke after a month, regret buying it.

There is also the Earphones segment, and so many more, I'm not the one to give advice here.

Hope I helped with somewhat, add me if you can't find the threads about Headsets, Mice, Mousepads, Headsets.

P.S 200$ Is a really low budget, you will be limited, espicially in the Headsets segment.
