Then again, since when does a 15 year old understand Robert's Rules of Order?

That's an interesting perspective from someone who only knows how to insult.
How can you say that when you've only talked to me once, when you've asked me to tryout for your team, and I said no to it, and going off one post I've made on this thread. Also, try to actually take criticism and not cut half of your team at the end of the season and saying something like this, it doesn't help your rep as a leader, or a player.

Hi I'm Jamie and I'm looking for a team to go into Open playoffs again or a low IM team. I played on Bobby and the Bobbettes and made playoffs, but had to forfeit our first playoff match due to people not showing up. I am only looking to play scout, and on a team that scrims at least 3-4 times a week. I can play any day or time of the week. I feel I can play comfortably at a high open/low IM level, and I want a team that will stick together and improve.
