But isn't that their job..? You know, verifying the claims of the reporter and then issuing a ban. Instead of just blindly clicking a button... Imagine if social media worked this way. Someone says that you posted something that breaks the rules, and then you just get banned. You'd be upset too.
"job" dude these are volunteers who work their asses off for the scene (tf2 volunteers in general, maybe not so much tf2c staff lol). i dont blame them in the slightest for just hitting the button on links that are either porn or intentionally designed to look like a porn link for le epic prank. play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
(still silly if you cant get unbanned tho)

i agree that people shouldnt feel obligated to continue volunteering if they're burnt out but let's actually work on the problem rather than saying "its just how things are if they dont like it they should quit" and continuing this cycle of volunteers getting burnt out and having their mental health take a dive because of this shit. we only have so many people unwise enough to volunteer in this scene left, after all.

twiikuuTailorTFlast i paid attention to it, your account would get randomly flagged and you'd have to play with the AC for a whilemalyNo Linux client = no faceit for me :(I've always used their website for their tf2 stuff and from what I've seen it works fine. So far I don't see anything indicating that they'll require their client for this new system.
i played a few games before TF2PL, was a shit pubber and got flamed a lot so probably got reported by angry ppl. when TF2PL launched i literally had to use AC from the start and FOREVER after.

TobI'm always a fan of removing rng in a comp setting
Nerf the damage into oblivion to where it's actually a downgrade and I'd still prefer it over vanilla pistol
yeah honestly i never understand why people say the pistol random spread is "necessary". if its op (which obviously in this form it is) just nerf the damage. this way skill and damage have a 100% direct correlation.
