Here's not one but two crown-wearing demomen (what are the odds?) on Harvest. The previous screenshot was indeed on Steel, as you noticed.
I don't run any other client side mods, just the latest headsfeet build.

Looks like one got through. 'Prince Tavish's Crown', which is just a hat and not a head replacement, was visible to me with the latest build.
The latest build seems great, I have not seen any missing heads or feet the past months.
Any chance we could get an update to include all the 2023 Smissmas stuff?

Not sure what happened, but this seems quite a regression to me?
Installed the new .vpk and in the very first lobby thereafter, spawn was filled with cosmetics that I'm confident were previously hidden.
I really do appreciate the effort, but I'm stepping back to the previous build for now.

Sorry to bother you again, but there still seems to be an issue with 'Seared Sorcerer'.
Came across a pyro wearing only this cosmetic after installing the latest headsfeet.v2022.12.26.vpk - head still invisible.
