Watching EU v NA was one of the best TF2 spectator experience I had in this game, it is something we have only seen once on LAN and if it happens again it would be amazing for TF2.

It won't grow TF2 into eSport, it won't suddenly give us 5000 viewers for every invite/prem match but it would be a fantastic event for us to sit there and enjoy for a weekend and be even better for the players involved.

Anyone who thinks we should as a community think of clever ways to invest in TF2's future is deluding themselves, we're not an eSport, the game creators don't want to back the competitive side financially at all. TF2 will die eventually, it won't become a major eSport ever so lets give us some great memories to enjoy this game whilst it is still alive.

I actually think it would be beneficial to have a straightforward admin ruling on this, besides deleted posts and quiet player suspensions.

This is for Forn - Why is Infinite still an admin? In ETF2L we'd have kicked admins who behaved like him a long time ago.

I hear stories every month about new players not committing to the league because of certain people in the UGC admin team.

As an outsider looking in, this whole thing is just embarrassing to read.

I don't think what you say is 100% true, if I wasn't banned by UGC I cannot see why you would have been.

I do agree with a lot of this statement, but I wouldn't worry yourself the history of TF2 shows that leagues run by unpopular people going in the wrong direction whilst the community is trying to pull together in the other won't survive. Either Infinite will go or UGC will go, or someone else will find the motivation out of complete spite for UGC to create a new league and see a slow transition of players there.

Irony is if ETF2L was not "EU-centric" they could easily run a league to compete with UGC and I can bet you more people would join as ETF2L is 5 times better at PR and has a further reaching arm in terms of connections.

All I am saying is if we really wanted to, we could kill UGC and make you 2nd for NA HL and EU HL.
