or you can create file called chat_english.txt in resource and put this in

"lang"

		"TF_playerid_mediccharge"				"Ü: %s1%"
		"TF_playerid_mediccharge_wpn"			"Ü: %s1%"
	}
}

this will make the medigun name disappear
