MOOSE_HuckCross out that first part and your post wouldn't be utter shit.i say it like it is. The tf2 community is the cancer of a fun game. I seriously can't think of a single tf2 player who in comparison with a normal human, is not an asshole.

How do I change the buff colour of this. The light blue line below. I tried to do it the quick way and go to client scheme and just change the "buffcolor" pre-set but it wasn't set to it :(

All the code I can see in scripts>hudlayout.res say the colour is set to buffcolor (same spelling etc)
Am I looking in the right area?

There are numerous threads about this kind of topic.
Basic thing is to check for dust and ensure everything is plugged in. Dust plays more of a factor sometimes then ppl realise. Make sure nothing is overheating

Is your system really dusty? It could be overheating and cause some issues. Get one of those programs that monitors temp. https://www.sapphireselectclub.com/ssc/TriXX/ It has one GPU temp. monitor but I am sure there are better ones
Also check if you have too many background process' going on that is causing issues (ctrl + alt + del and is second tab)
