I believe I've figured out the problem and it's much greater cause than my computer. In a way, it is my internet connection. But it starts with the cables on the street and the connection from and to my house. They changed all the wires recently, since they are going to widen the road for god knows why, and it's been happening ever since. Even with all the TVs in my house, they're glitching around and stuttering. At times even changing color, darker. People all down my street are probably dealing with the same problem, we're going to have to call somebody.

My router is directly connected to my PC, I don't have a wireless connection. I'll try what quintosh suggested soon.

Edit: tried what quintosh suggested, got responses of 10-15ms with occasional jumps to 50-80. That's what I've got. And this also happens on a local server..

I know it's not the internet connection because my internet connection is fine and I don't notice any spikes in ping. what is happening is new. I was just in MGE before and had to quit because it was so bad. Other people saw it as me floating in the air whenever it happened and I was trying to rocket jump. Basically, it's as if I am lagging out but at the same time I'm not. It happens about once a minute/every two minutes, happens randomly I guess. And it's only in TF2.

There's these random moments in-game when everything just stops, but the world around me is moving back and forth, very blurry looking and dizzy. No sounds play during this time. It has nothing to do with fps or internet connection. It always seems to happen at unfortunate moments, which could just be my bad luck. Sometimes when the game would return to "normal", it sounds as if the class I'm playing has just hopped out of water? It's strange.

With slay Hud, the huntsman charge meter says "sticky" o-0

Isn't that m0rehud black?

This has been happening with plenty of older huds I have in hidden in files on my computer. Some items that have charge meters have two meters when I have only one chargable weapon equipped. They charge up at the same rate but have different size bars. For an item example, the huntsman. Any idea how to fix this? I like it. But, there's some things still missing. For example, the inspect panel is broken. Some matchmaking elements are gone, and there's no taunt menu.
