doesnt matter if it's public. its the very very very very first thing done when approximating how good a team will be, and which division to place them in. a lot more happens after players' ratings get updated to determine who gets placed where. as an ex admin who has seen peoples ratings i can tell you that they really truly honest to god dont matter as much as some outsiders think they do
anyways back to discussion about maps for nex t season
