okay apparently i have autism because i just discovered that this was a volume slider for your volume and mic volume
(thats why i turned it down [also turned my mic down])
I guess I need a different version of OBS because that slider is non existent in mine
stare at the viewmodel if you have viewmodels turned on, or stare at your crosshair while you’re jumping. Sounds retarded but it works for me (shoutout to rolling for teaching me this)

There is no desktop audio setting in my obs, just desktop boost which the lowest value is 1. Tried putting in 0 and -1 and applying and it would just reset to 1
