i can pogo and air pogo perfectly fine yet i struggle on some tier 3 maps, you learn demo jumping as you play the game, i pretty much never do jump maps on demo. the only jumps you should practice are rollouts, and the occasional pogo in game will come in handy, other than that i dont think demo jumping matters in 6s
