Hi, my name is facepalm. Im looking to get onto an open team, possibly esea if anyone is still looking. I mostly play soldier, ive mained pocket for the last couple of seasons, and have decent dm as soldier, which i am currently working on improving. I would prefer pocket over roamer, as i have played it for the longest, but i am willing to change to roamer if necessary. I have experience with maincalling, and should be able to main call for any team i feel comfortable with. I think i could be mid open, but have yet to play on a true open team, and would like to get it going now. Add me if you need a pocket or roamer tryout

This is sort of a problem for me, never used to happen when i used to get the messages asking if i wanted to add servers to my favorites, but i apparently got rid of that.

I have done a lot of work to try to improve my pocket, i also have a mentor, though its hard to go over demos that i dont have yet. Im very willing to work towards getting better, and im always open to criticism.

So i just started using a new crosshair i really like, that i downloaded separate from my hud. The problem is, whenever i go into any competitive match, the crosshairs that i downloaded dissappear, sometimes leaving a missing texture that wont go away. Did i do something wrong?

I checked like a thousand times when i was having my initial cfg problems. And this is sudden, it doesnt always cap at 60 and have mouse lag. three people have said its the whole steam going offline thing, and one gave me a temporary fix when i need it, so im just gonna try that during important things and hope it works.

Recently, ive been having issues, mainly with framerate and mouse lag. I messed with my fps config in a way that caused my fps to cap at 60 and my mouse to have extreme lag. I somehow fixed this, even though i dont know exactly what caused it. However, since that my game has been buggy. Im not sure if its just on jump maps or everywhere, but ive only seen it on jump maps. Every once in a while, my framerate will take a massive drop, going from about 280 to what it says is 60, but feels like 10-15. This is accompanied by a very jittery screen, which does not seem like its due to just the framerate drop, and my mouse also lags very badly. These instances last anywhere from a couple of seconds to a minute or two, and are really frustrating. I dont know what might have caused this, if anyone could help that would be much appreciated. I can provide all the configs i use through dropbox if necessary

The Problem is, ive tried every way of taking it out of my launch options, including taking it out while tf2 is still open, taking it out after i close tf2, not going into any servers before i close tf2, going into servers before closing, and nothing has worked for me. Every time i take dxlevel 81 out of my launch options, it goes back to dxlevel 9.

I cant figure out how to take out the -dxlevel 81 from my launch options. Ive tried launching, removing it, then exiting and relaunching, launching, exiting, then removing it, and every other way, and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

So ive been having 2 issues with my TF2 somewhat recently that have been bothering the shit out of me.
1. My TF2, when i alt tab out, and then click back in, has about a 1/4 chance to completely crash, and since i have ADD and cant be unoccupied for 5 seconds in between maps and such, i do that a lot. It only happens when im using dx8, when i switch to dx9 the problem goes away along with the delay between clicking into tf2 and actually seeing something other than a black screen.

2. My TF2, at random times, will freeze, but in such a way where its not responding, but i cant exit out of it. I can minimize TF2, but i cant bring the screen back up, and after i minimize TF2, i can click on tabs in my hotbar, but i cannot click on anything within the pages themselves. Even when i open task manager, i cant use it because it seems to think tf2 is still open and i am still clicking into the TF2 window. This forces me to have to sign out and resign back in, losing whatever pages or programs i had open.

If anybody knows why this happens, please let me know. I can give spec if needed of my computer and such. Thank you.
