BilbertHow long has Raymon been playing at the top levels? I'm ashamed to say that I haven't been following EU TF2 very long. He was definitely the best Medic at Rewind, so I'd probably say he's the best right now. I'm not sure how long a player needs to be at the top to be considered the "best ever."
Raymon first played in prem in s16 (and won it) with Epsilon when KnOxXx left the team, after the team died in offseason he played high until he was picked up again in the middle of s24, at i58 and rewind he had the best med performance since shade at i52

Intimidatingdanklordits not that starks worse than puo or anything, i just think puo will grow more during the season, i feel like it was a better long term investment if you get what i mean
plus i always like to support the underdogs
I doubt puoskari could grow as well as he could if he was still on 7, I don't think investing in puoskari long-term is a thing especially considering he said in his rec post that he is quitting after i61
