tbh the UBF winner having a 1 map advantage in the grand finals is too big, I personally feel like having just a map pick or ban advantage would be enough.

who are the casters?

bad routing to pugchamp servers

I always get ~100 ping to European servers, but on some days on pugchamp and melkor dm and mge servers get 200 ping but I get 100 to other servers just fine
