Are you connected with both wifi and ethernet? When I played on my laptop for a while in college I'd run into that issue if I forgot to turn off wifi.

Most times I start tf2, most of the sounds don't work. I don't have voice lines, the announcer, hurt sounds, etc. I still have gun sounds for the most part. I get these errors in console continuously: https://push.dubthink.com/2019/09/hl2_2019-09-04_23-22-33.png I've been having this problem since I switched back to my desktop this summer. Occasionally when I start my game it's fine, but it's fine less and less often.

Things I've tried that haven't worked:
> snd_restart
> deleting all .cache files and cache folders in the tf directory
> validating game files through steam
I also tried reinstalling tf2, which fixed it for like a week, but it's an issue again.

Short of reinstalling windows, I'm not sure what to do at this point. Has anyone had this issue before or have ideas to fix it?

The medals just went out. We're using the same model as RGB 1, as shown on the wiki. You should receive your medals when you relaunch your game, if not before, though sometimes it takes a sec for stuff to come through. Add me on steam or message me on discord if you didn't receive your medal.

I'll be distributing medals early this week. I believe I have everyone's steamids from logs and stuff, but if you were on an alt account and want the medal on your main or something, add me or message me on discord so I can fix it.

Antlers, Sherwood, and Doom are all really solid gamers and are fun to play with every time I ring for or pugscrim with them. I don't really know bane well but I've seen good things. Overall a great team to play with and definitely worth a tryout.

Azion's been a great opponent/teammate/person for as long as I've known him. He's dependable, his dm is good, he doesn't tilt much at all, and he'll take things seriously and pound when you need him to. Absolutely worth trying out and picking up.

Hello! I'm looking for a serious team to improve with this next season, but also one that has an enjoyable environment. I'll also be getting a mentor, demo reviewing, etc. I'm usually pretty vocal on any role if that's something you're looking for. In order of interest, I'd like to play:

Medic - I've taken a couple seasons away from med to play roamer, but I'd love to return and continue to improve. I'd like to imagine I could manage div-1 with the right team, but in reality I'm probably mid-high div-2.

Roamer - I won season 2 IM and had a decent season 3 in Main, and I'd be happy to continue playing roamer. I'm probably mid-main at the moment, and would aim to be high/playoffs by the end of the season.

Demo - I played half a season in ozf while abroad, fell in love with it, and haven't had a chance to play it since. I'm probably low/mid main here, and should be able to comfortably main call with a little practice if that's what you want.

Scout/pocket - probably.
