Foxhey i got the response from mike uyama (the guy who runs the *GDQ charity speedrun marathons)
in response about the donation tracker they use:The source is publicly available here: https://github.com/uraniumanchor/sda-donation-tracker-2
Getting it up and running on a sever can be a bit of a pain, but its doable. If you have a reasonably talented server admin, I can try to walk you through it at some point.
Alternatively, by March we may actually have a better set-up to allow other people to use our server (its kind of a long-term goal of mine to make this into a public web-service), but that depends on a lot of factors (i.e. how much progress we can make development-wise in that time). Otherwise, you'd have to talk to CoolMatty since its his server.

IDK if it was carpal tunnel, but my right hand used to cramp up when I played osu. And like I sprained it a few times and couldn't play tf2 , and then I couldn't really move it for a while.
Stretching my wrist a little bit and moving it around before I play really helps me. Also taking your hand of the mouse sometimes, during deaths or taking breaks between games.
something like this: http://www.eatonhand.com/hw/ctexercise.htm but I just like pull my hand back, and roll a fist around. It really helps. GL
