push to talk not working

My mumble, and In-game push to talk randomly stopped working last night. I have no idea why. I have tried rebinding the keys, which did not work, and switching to voice-activation, which did work however I dont want to use voice activation. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated.
