Lacking in experience, but more than makes up for it with his willingness to absorb information, sit in for demo reviews, and ask higher div players for advice. NOT A DM ONLY EGO SCOUT (despite his gnarly DM)
Can off class to sniper if needed, super on top of off classing to engi/heavy on last pushes if on flank.
Best part is, if he plays like shit I can go to his house and play for him/beat his ass to make him play better.
(The latter may have varying results.)

Aight so I have extensive history with this team, and let me tell you every single player on that roster is human scum.
Lets start with their ring leader mob boss, quacks. This dude is a certified racists spire brainlet, all he does is play spire and say the n-word, no in-between.
Octa is literally an invite HL engi (LOLOL) no joke get this kid banned or smth (also racist because HL)
Nip Nop wears darker cosmetics because he believes that he can hide in corners better cuz he blends in more (not kidding)
M4xzo has legit admitted to cheating (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xx_2XNxxfA) and also used to be an engi main (lmao)

This team is actually one of the worst teams personality wise. Player wise, they have an actual hacker and are just a bunch of DM monkeys trogging on IM players trying their best to learn the game at their own pace. They ran double spy on our official and 5-0'd us in like 12 mins, BM'ing all the way and spammed our discord with furry art during the official. If quacks didn't pay me 50 keys a week as hush money, I would've reported and gotten this whole team banned (except 4k)

Dude sandbagged a whole season just to kick me off pocket and make my KDA tank on roamer...

Pros:
-Great mechanics and game sense
-Good jumps
-Fun dude to be around, great season with him
Cons:
-Made me evolve from tier 1 to a tier 2 jumper
-Kicked me off my one trick (pocket)
-Is an alcoholic(?)
-Might be like 65 idk

Never been on an actual team with this dude, but I've been talkin with this man over the course of S4 and S5. Dude is one of the best scouts I know personally, has crazy good DM, determined to enter godhood, and is tight as fuck. As a bonus, he's like the 11th best demo jumper in canada according to tempest or whatever so... thats nice.

Beats me in soldier mge so I'll have to downfrag his post but good pick up on scout ig idk.

Aight so hear me out. I've played a good 2 seasons with this guy, through thick and thin. Every now and again, we mge just for fun and do stupid shit. This man has been demo reviewed by some solid medics in main/adv as well, and has been on the come up since amateur, making playoffs on repeat.

But, this one time we were ulti duo'ing, and he was on soldier and I was on med for fun. We caught the W, but something weird happened. Next half, we swapped to our mains (me on soldier, him on medic) and we did worse. On god, I think I hit less airshots and did less damage than when milky was on soldier.

So, for next season, is he good to go for a 4th playoff season in a row on medic? idk. But if your looking to pick him up on soldier... I can vouch.

pros:
- crazy dm, one of the best in terms of movement + aim currently in IM
- out frags combo scouts as a side hustle
- rocks a nasty sniper, and does the engi goodness as well
- never seen this man tilt
- strives to improve, takes criticism like a beast
- prob next up in main ngl
cons:
- got so insanely rolled in my frag movie that he was the first frag, matched up his death with the beat and everything

After weighing the pros and cons, would not recommend picking up for main. Too many cons.

Do not pick him up, will backstab you mid-late season and send your mental into a downward spiral.
Worst decision I've ever made in s5 was to insta pick him up without even trying out another demo since I "thought" he was that good.
Has Main/adv demo's calling him high main all the time when he played for me but I don't buy it.
Sure, dropped top dpm every match/scrims but idk, he had bottom deaths to so my guess is he baited all of us.
Never tilts, but I can tell that he secretly hated all of us and were praying on our downfall
Super smart, but pretty sure he just copies adv/invite demo playstyles, not even original.
Decent DM, but submitting a demo to the rgl anti-cheat team so he may be banned soon for hacks, meaning that he may be banned mid season if you pick him up.
Overall, DONT PICK HIM UP!

As his current TL, I will say that Youngman in scrims/match is widely different that Youngman in pugs. Youngman is 100% everything everyone thinks he is in pugs, no lie. In scrims, its actually very tolerable, with good comms (though he should invest in a new mic...) decent brain, with a bit of ego when he wins, and good attitude when he loses. Good DM, decent comms, and serviceable jumps for pocket/needs work for roamer. Main playoffs a stretch for now, but not out of the picture. Decent pick up.

Our current combo scout had to step down from main spot to sub due to some issues IRL, so now we are looking at trying out combo scouts in IM. Currently, we are looking to make it to second round playoffs, and typically scrim during the weekend/pregames.
