Used to run Chroma ROM on my nexus 6, and before that cyanogen on my note 3.
I think as long as you don't disable encryption, custom ROMs are a great thing to do to get a new look and importantly new features out of your phone. Just make sure to always READ the instructions twice so you don't get a bricked phone with a void warranty.

I hope JSRF will get re-released some day. Oh how I miss that game.
I would highly recommend doing something to keep you blood moving as well, it you get too cold do a few pushups/jumping jacks/etc. If you find something to really distract yourself the cold isn't as bad as well. You shouldn't have to dress like an Eskimo but you can get liners that people who work outdoors wear as well. They will keep you dry and help you retain body heat without being too bulky/un-comfortable. I'd also recommend long johns and good socks.

imho this should be an advanced option inbuilt to tf2. i think it's similar to having viewmodels on/off in that there are objective benefits to having them off, at the cost of losing perspective if you're a newer player or just not used to it. maybe it's OP having a wide sightline like this though idk.
it is without a doubt op. If there was a console command for it like r_drawscope 0/1 in the same vein as r_drawviewmodels then there might be room for discussion. As it is, its something that not every play has equal access too, and its benifits are quite large. Unless you are terrible at sniper it should be obvious how much easier it makes sniping.
BaddazleDanTheToughGuyYes i am on wireless sirRouter Connection and your connection to your router should not be a problem, from what the video shows, but I could be wrong, I've had that problem with wireless connections before. I would like to see a video with the stutters with net_graph 1 enabled. Though, getting a wired connection helps with a lot of problems, and is just generally better.
From my knowledge of what this seems like, it seems like 23 things.
The first being TF2 is a processor heavy game. If you play it often, you'll need to upgrade it. Try just getting a new processor, how long have you had yours for? What kind is it?
Overheat. I've had my processor overheat before, and that can cause some frame issues in the processor. I would try to leave the PC off for a little while, or just let it cool
I am not confident on which reason it is, but positive it has something to do with your processor. Maybe even a new cooler?
Three, an internet problem. Not having a wired connection can cause some delays in signal. I would upgrade to Ethernet, or just give it a quick shot see if it works. I had the same problem when I wasn't on a wired connection a few years ago.
I would first try wired, then try letting it cool. Worst comes worst, new processor time.
