How do I remove surface properties?

hoaxIt does more than remove the dust. It takes away the smoke from rockets, heal beam away from mediguns, kritzkrieg effect away from weapons, pyro flames, air blast effect, demos sticky/grenade trails and more. It also makes friendly players burn as if they were on the opposite team.
mine doesn't, must be some other particle removing file in your config
