Ian, saying "Skill level: medic - IM" implies you think you are able to perform at an IM level as medic. You can't go from saying "I'm confident I can play at the skill levels I listed" to "I legit never said I could play IM" in the same conversation. You contradict yourself and make finding a team a much harder endeavor than it needs to be. From playing pugs and seeing your team's performances over the past few seasons you're probably around a mid open player as medic and demo, and i really haven't seen you play anything else.
The secret to finding a team is just being as honest as possible with yourself. I've had this terrible ego problem for years on medic where I've thought that i could play really high level medic when in reality I can't. I fear that you're falling into the same trap and becoming me (and trust me that is not a good thing). Finding a team of good players who are enjoyable to be around isn't as difficult as it seems as long as your are honest about your skill level both with yourself and your teammates. Hope you don't quit tf2 and come back in 2 months and decide to actually stick it out.
really nice guy and cool to hang out with in mumble, but definitely not high open or IM material. Is dedicated to improving and could do well with a team with a similar mindset.
PuoskariSoldier = Lentokonesuihkuturbiinimoottoriapumekaanikkoaliupseerioppilas
Does that have meaning translated into english other than soldier because that seems like a really really long word for soldier
fygg and bacon are really chill, and both have done a ton of work in the past season to improve and make playoffs. Solid fisrt season IM roster for sure

I think the only good thing that came of this thread was being able to look at the dog as i scrolled through the garbage
I feel like this needs to be said because like 3/4 of people I see post don't understand how to do these things
1) When you see a thread with several people quoting each other, be sure to minimize space taken up and only directly quote the latest post in the hierarchy.
Bad Example:
Console 1Console 2See?Console 3Actually if you just delete the words from all but the important posts it looks so much cleaner and organizedConsole 4Stop doing thisit takes up so much space as a post,
you can condense it really easily

2) Image embedding needs the actual image location, not just a link to where it's displayed. This problem most commonly happens when people attempt to imbed Imgur albums/images and do not understand that copying the page where the image is hosted is not the same as copying the location the image is stored.
Bad Example:
http://imgur.com/r/dogs/eDCnCyn

Good Example:

You can find the second link by right clicking on an image and selecting "Open image in a New Tab"
Please note image imbedding will only work with users who have enabled it on teamfortress.tv, so users who have it disabled will only see the link.
Thank you and have a wonderful Easter friends :)

What is the ratio that -frags affect your stars compared to +frags, or is it 1:1 (assuming 1 for 1 post or 1 for 1 thread)?
I know there's been old map cups in the past and obviously there was the TFTV New Maps Cup, but would there be any interest in a cup with older maps that seem to have some semblance of requests from the community?
Something along the lines of
-Gravelpit
-Coalplant
-Logjam (yes I know this was in the new map cup b/c there's an updated version but the last time it was played was years ago in ETF2L iirc)
