At first I thought this was just like a longwinded way of being peeved at a friend for not understanding that "ad" means "uber advantage" in the middle of an important match.

Kind of hard to answer a lot of these questions... like how important is controlling highground or lowground objectively?? when most of the time its a situational basis like are we talking badlands 2 or granary yard?? Same with players dying, like HOW MANY PLAYERS? 2 players dying and 6 players dying implies a totally different sense of "advantage". also I feel like there are things like "the status of the flank" that are way more important to consider than a lot of these.

like bro, RELOADING... ? I'VE GOT RELOADING ADVANTAGE GUYS.. sorry maybe i just sound like an asshole but I'm so used to people equating the term "advantage" with "uber advantage" in TF2, its mentioned like numerous times a game since forever. Literally half of these questions I'm just like "it just depends"

also i thought it was like universal standard to put strongly disagree LEFT and strongly agree RIGHt but maybe i missed the memo

My philosophy has always been, sports-esque rudeness and vitriol towards the enemy is good, but keep the chat with your teammates super positive. Die for your team. And if you think about the big picture, its us TF2 fans vs. the world so we need to treat each other like we're on the same team when we're not in-game.

If this is our future, I will accept our fate.

Soloqueueing pubs and playing medic will heal you and your need for control. The virus will throw a fit but so long as you can push through the discomfort and reach the other side, your eyes will widen to a much more beautiful view

TFTV has always been circlejerky and ppl just blindly upvote/downvote based on who is posting, sure. The difference is that in 2015, lots of players were airing out drama and gossip here (or UGC or ETF2L forums), because discord literally wasn't a thing. And now all that same gossip happens behind closed doors.

This is a little bit scary. I was worried it was going to get really bad like you were going to lose your sense of reality because of what was happening in the game and maybe an obsession with airshots. I was wondering because I've seen some creepy logs on Logs.tf and always wondered what kind of match they came from? I wonder what happens next and if you'll retain your friendships while fighting for the playoffs victory.
