dashnerThere will be only one "official" 6v6 tournament on Saturday as far as I know.
There are tons of things other than the tournament to do on the Friday and Saturday post-tournament, ranging from pugs to the draft tournament thrasher wants to run again, not to mention just meeting cool people.
Don't be afraid to enter the tournament though, I know that Nick is going to try to make it rewarding for everyone participating.
BYOC means bring your own monitor as well so I do recommend you bring your own.
Thanks Dashner! Don't have a job (taking care of my mom) but I have my Bday before then that I'll spend every penny from to go to this if someone can pick me up from NW PA (put me on the list? I won't pay til I have a confirmed ride. My cousin and I were gonna car pool but he's "afraid people won't hang out with him and we will be the two fat kids picked last in gym class" or something gay like that). Can't wait to meet everyone, especially the fellow Beer conosiours (It's in philly, yuenling is delicious and costs literally 30 bucks for a case... Case race anyone?). Plan on arriving thursday afternoon! :D

...except nobody on Saturday was drinking cheap shit. It was mostly middle-of-the-pack ciders with a few NW microbrews and high-end IPAs.
The TF2 community is not cheap about beer whatsoever.

Gonna roadtrip across the state with two gaming PC's in the back, SHOULD BE AMAZING! Do have some questions tho...
1. Is there just one Tournament for Invite/Main players or are there other tournaments for lower level people? I'd love to play in something that mattered, but I'm a shitlord.
2. If there aren't, will there be Pugs i.e. if I'm not playing in the tournament should I bother lugging my gaming desktop clear across the state (I'm in NW PA).
3. Will monitors be provided?
I plan on attending regardless, I just don't know if it will be as a player or as a spectator. If anyone could help that would be huge. Look forward to hanging out with fellow TF2 enthusiasts.

This map is BEAUTIFUL! People with bad computers are going to complain about their frames but my GOD this map is amazing! Haven't had a chance to truly explore it but it is seriously refreshing. All the maps feel the same and when was the last time a new map was added that people actually like? Process? I'm excited for this one!
