They are pugs intended for new players, such as yourself. The euro ones are run a bit differently, than the north american ones. All the info you need will be on those steamgroups. We currently don't have a AU/NZ one, but it is on the way and will be up in due time.

NoonaIf you are dedicated and motivated to improve and go far in this game, practice alot. Pugs, newbie mixes, dm, mge, etc... However, practice while learning from each of your mistakes made, and attempt not to make the same mistake twice. The more you play, the easier it will come to you.
EDIT: You probably should have kept the first OP, more people would have been inclined to offer advice.
