(Going to try and explain my past exp and history as short with enough info here.)

I am new to TF2 competitive but not new to competitive gaming in gereral.
So, being new I'm guessing that I'll be looking for low level play.

Some info about me:
- I've been gaming my whole life (since age about 6, am currently age 17)
- My first games played were CS and WoW
- Have 1,000+ hours on TF2 all played not serious due to playing other games competitive
- Know all the basics and most of the advanced info to know on TF2
- I have programming and game level design exp, so can help out with any scripts/configs
- Am of course always looking to learn
- Am a good leader (as in not afraid to tell you your mistakes, in my idea)
- Have past competitive exp in multiple genre of games
- Have all the free time ever needed

Please keep in mind I'm only looking for a serious team, this doesn't mean fun isn't an option just that
winning is put first (even if we loose doesn't matter, but always make attempts!)

Things I expect in a team:
- Always serious in-game
- Only wanting to improve and have fun!
- Can control feelings (eg anger, sadness, things as such)
- Can understand when someones trying to only help (major thing that most people don't understand :/)
- At least have some sort of past competitive exp in other games or TF2 included
- More we play the better! So, please have enough free time to play

Well how can I say it... I'm trying my best to start a TF2 competitive team for 6v6. All I can say is I'm looking for mature, fresh players that want to start a new team. I know that old teams are better but I'm sure I can find a good team... Maybe.

I also am running a TF2 and TS3 server to practice and talk on.
