I love the class mechanics and the amount of fun you can have on any class, I hate that the game is known for casual pubs. Also, some hats are fucking cool, way cooler than CSGO skins imo

CitricAs far as players leaving for overwatch, we probably won't see many more top players leaving. There was an element of "i need to leave to play overwatch because this might be my only opportunity to make it big" because the game was new. Now, it's been out for a while, and the top players are somewhat established. B4nny couldn't just decide "I play overwatch now" and be one of the best players in the world. It definitely did hurt the TF2 scene, though.
You can see completely new players in the Dota 2 and CSGO pro scene along with veterans. It's just a matter of being interested in the game, grinding your way to the top and having good connections.

springrollsi've played against the atomizer in hl and it is actually the most retarded thing ever.
one quality that really differentiates between a good and a great scout is movement, and atomizer just fucking removes that entire skill-based aspect. u can have absolutely potato movement but that triple jump still makes you near impossible to hit. it's honestly a god awful and lazy concept that should not be in the game.

A good scout with the atomizer is going to outdm soldiers and demos like 90% of the time now. You literally can't get juggled by a rocket anymore and it's way easier to evade directs in the air with a triple jump lol. The only way to kill a scout as soldier is directs.

calciferThe game is on a decline with lots of players not caring about the game, competitve has only been run by it's community with no help with valve up until they came out with this update. Eventhough we haven't needed them all this time, people have realised year after year going through the many i-series that tf2 has stagnated and not gone anywhere as opposed to bigger e-sports such as Dota and LoL with the big international tournements, it's venues, prize pools, sponserships and viewercount on twitch. Like rocket league is a bigger e-sport than tf2, it's a joke.
