Every class requires intelligence in their own way. Roamer requires you to know the flow of the game to understand when you can exploit a timing to create an advantage.

Medic almost completely relies on theory rather than execution, so it's more of a "cerebral" class, but if the rest of the team isn't smart about their play there's no point.
