RGL Advanced S1 Happenings/Discussion Thread

As a current player in the RGL sixes advanced league I would like an explanation as to why exactly these penalties were issued. It seems to me that no rules were broken here. The rules state "You must have at least 6 players on your team in order to start the match. If you do not ready up in time, we will get a forfeit." It seems there were 6 players to start the match, and they simply didn't pause when only one player could continue playing. Stock won the only round of the match http://logs.tf/2379863#76561198100734688
The other players appearing on the stock team are not members of his team, and given that 2 of them are alt accounts, and one is crab_f, a friend and rostered player of the Jelqup Returns, it seems reasonable to infer the 2 alt accounts are also friends of the team, and it could therefore be argued that they were interfering with the Rangettes. In which case Jelqup Returns is the team in need of penalties.
So I would greatly appreciate an explanation as to how exactly the Rangettes broke the rules, because as far as I can see, the only team who broke rules is the Returns squad.
